General Questions

ELFBAR offers a quality guarantee period of 1 months starting from date of purchase (‘Warranty Period’). Atomizers, tanks, drip tips, pods, e-liquids, and other consumable products are not covered under warranty. Some items may not be eligible for service due to misuse, damage, or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure.

POD:Leaking is not covered by the warranty period. If your tank or pod is leaking, please check for cracks and that your o-rings are in place and try changing the coil or pod.

Disposable Vape:Typically, such issues are not anticipated. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from these occurrences. Hence, even in the event of leakage, it falls within the purview of our warranty coverage.

Tanks, external batteries, and other consumable products are not covered by manufacturer defect. The warranty period covers the mod (device) itself for manufacturer defect.

From the day we receive it, it generally take 1-2 business days to send the replacement device out if the original device is still covered under warranty and the reason for return is a manufacture defect and we have it in stock. In the event your original product is not available our guest service team will contact you about an alternative device option.

Manufacturer defect includes but is not limited to auto-firing, not holding a charge, screen malfunction, the mod not being able to read tanks/coils/pods, not turning on, or not firing at all and there are no external factors like water damage or damage from being dropped.

Warranties do not start over with replacement devices, the warranty period starts from the original date of purchase for the device or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Some items may not be eligible for service due to misuse, damage, or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure. ELFBAR reserves the right to deny any warranty service. Please check the warranty prior to shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs to ELFBAR, and you understand that you will forfeit your item if you do not wish to pay for return shipping once ELFBAR has received your item, and it has been deemed that it is not covered under warranty. We do not accept international warranties.

We charge a flat rate of 25.00AED(UAE),30.00SAR(KSA)  for all orders under 100.00AED(UAE,KSA,OM) and orders over this price (before discounts) ship for free.We 24 hours to 48 hours to ship and provide tracking.
Once your order has shipped, it takes an average of 2-10 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location.You can also obtain more detailed information on the Shipping and Refunds Policy. follows all countries & area laws and regulations regarding e-cigarettes.We Offers shipping service to most countries except those with customs clearance issue.We kindly remind you get to know well about the shipping and import policy in your country and region about electronic cigarettes before placing an order.Please refer to “Single Product Page” – “Delivery & Return” for delivery area and delivery time.

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.
Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.

THCH Questions

When a new coil is installed, fill e-liquid(suggest 70% full) to completely soak the coil and let it sit for 5 minutes before vaping.
Make sure to use the coil within wattage range, so please kindly adjust your device to lower wattage before vaping in case of burning the coil.
Change a new coil if it has been used for a long time since you had better change a coil after 5-6 times refilling, which will reduce the leakage and give you a better vaping experience.

It is best to fully charge the mod and take out the pod and put it upside down to avoid e-liquid leakage and keep children out of reach.

It may be caused by the following:
1.Improper vaping setting of power
2.Didn’t prime coil before vaping
3.Lack of e-liquid in the core
4.Improper percentage of PG:VG of the e-juice
5.Too frequent Vaping
6.Defective coils

1.Please try to inhale for several puffs without powering-on while using a new coil or let the pod sit for about 5 minutes after filling.
2.Recommend using higher PG juice such as 70:30 or 60:40 and less sweetener e-juice when the coil is less than 0.6ohm.
3.Please prime the coil with a low wattage for the first several puffs.

Possible Causes of Leaking:
Refill the e-liquid in an improper way.
Orings, refilling pad glass, and cotton is not in good condition.
Vaping setting is improper.
Coil issue.
Sitting for a long time after refilling.
Improper percentage of PG:VG of the e-juice.

Suggestions & solutions for leaking issue:
1. Before Vaping
Make sure o-rings, seal and glass are all good and everything is tight.
When you use RBA coil, make sure the cotton is well stuffed.
You can also take it all apart and screw the coil into the base nicely and then screw the top part on to make sure it’s all tight and the seals are perfect.
2. When Filling:
Make sure the coil bottom capes are clamped all the way down and make sure air holes are closed when refilling.
Make sure the atomizer has been cooled down when you refill the tank because the liquid flows faster when the atomizer is hot.
Please finish refilling as soon as possible.
3. While Vaping:
Please try to vape at an appropriately high wattage which is recommended on the coil during vaping. It may encounter the leaking issue if the liquid on the coil hasn’t been atomized on time with lower wattage.
Besides, please close all the air holes and take the pod down from the device when you do not use it.

Possible Causes of Vape leaking into the Mouth:
Vaping setting is improper
Coil issues
Sitting for a long time after refilling
Too much condensate on the POD

Suggestions & solutions:
1.Please try to vape at an appropriately high wattage which is recommended on the coil during vaping. It may encounter the leaking issue if the liquid on the coil hasn’t been atomized on time with low wattage.
2.Please do not make the pod sit for a long time since the cotton will absorb liquid or condensate on the POD and will split from the mouthpiece while you inhale it. In this case, please take out the pod, and shake it downwards to reduce the condensation or change a new coil directly.
